Challenges

Do you want to do something out of the ordinary for Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust?

From abseiling 100 feet to cycling 1,000 miles or trekking up a mountain, there are plenty of charity challenges on offer, no matter what your personal interests.

Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust organises our own charity challenge events, including Ride On - our proper Cornish bike ride in May 2013! There's also plenty of other challenges on offer - both in the UK and overseas.

For local challenges - such as skydiving or abseiling - call the charity team on 01637 88 99 26 and we'll be happy to help.

Open UK or Overseas Challenges

There are many different challenges you can take part in for Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust - whether hiking, climbing, cycling, running, sledding or rafting is your thing, and whether you want to stay in the UK or head overseas.

Unless you take part in a challenge organised through Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, you will be taking part in an Open Challenge, where you will be part of a team alongside people raising money for all different charities. This is a great way to take part in the challenge of a lifetime and meet new people from across the country - and the world!

A number of companies offer Open Challenge events, and it is completely up to you which company you decide to go with.

Just a few of the challenges on offer include trekking the Great Wall of China, Grand Canyon or Machu Picchu, cycling coast-to-coast in Costa Rica, sledding with huskys in Lapland, cycling from London to Paris, white-water rafting the Zambezi, trekking to Everest Base Camp oreven ski-trekking to the North or South Pole!
