Accidents have a habit of happening where and when we least expect

Here is some brief and basic first aid advice which can be used to

an emergency lots of things may demand your attention at the same
time. Do not attempt to do everything at once, but try to form in
your mind a plan of action which will ensure that you don't get side
tracked onto non-important issues. Remain calm, keep control of yourself
and take a moment to think before acting.See whether there are any
potential hazards, either to the patient or yourself. Is anyone's
life in immediate danger? Is there anyone around who can help me?
