Lady Mary Holborow DCVO

Team Role: 

Lady Mary Holborow took over the Chairmanship of the Board of Trustees at Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust in 2012, shortly after retiring from her position as Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall, a position she held for 17 years.

She has been very involved with the voluntary life of Cornwall, having been a magistrate, Chairman or President of many charities, a director of South West Water and a member of the Health Authority as well as chairing the Rural Development Commission in Cornwall.

She has Honorary Degrees from Exeter and Plymouth Universities and having given up most of the above roles she is enjoying the challenge of chairing the Board of such an essential charity for the people of Cornwall.
