Under The Hammer For CAAT

A Charitable Art Auction in Truro, on Friday 12 April 2013 at The Birdhouse Cakery, raised over £1,000 for Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust and local practicing artists.

The art auction and exhibition showcased over 40 artworks and proudly culminated during the end of Truro Festival. Charlotte Davis, Curator for CAAT, comments “The auction was a massive success and I have been extremely touched by everyone’s generosity and support.”

The artworks included in the auction came from a range of artists, photographers, cartoonists and illustrators. Artists exhibiting included, Sam Bassett, Nick Brennan, Luke Frost, Patrick Haughton and Penny Macbeth, amongst more than 25 other artists.
