New Helipad

The Cornwall Air Ambulance, with members of the hospital, helicopter operators & ambulance personnel are looking at the possibility of a new landing site for the air ambulance at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Truro. At present we still use the landing sites at the rear and in life threating situations we land directly outside the doors of the A & E Department.

The new landing site would allow us to land more safely and without disruption to the other ambulance vehicles etc.
The cost we are looking for is in the region of £250,000, so if you want to put on an event, to help us get the new pad, please do. Make any cheques payable to: Cornwall Air Ambulance & when writing let us know it's for the new helipad.
