Experienced Retail Manager/Charity Retail Manager

for our Air Ambulance shop in Polmorla Walk Wadebridge

Immediate start available

The successful candidate will

Work 30 hours each week flexibily.

Enjoy the challenges of hitting targets and generating loyal custom

Build a srong rapport with the local retailing community, individual donors and customers

Manage the day to day administration accurately

Work positively with a volunteer workforce, and under the supervision of the retail manager

Share best practice through managers meeinngs forums

Show creative flair and keep corporate and seasonal styles in shop displays

Deal with the challenges of unpredicatbale stock and appropriate pricing successfully.

Managaging a charity shop is every bit as challenging, if not more challenging, than other shops in high street retail.

We are proud of the standards we are setting with our shops, and the successful applicant will want to be a part of that.
